Q: How do I register for CEP?

A: You can activate your subscription by logging into your account and choosing the membership of your choice.   If you have any questions regarding our different membership options; please contact customer service Monday, Wednesday, or Friday from 9AM - 5PM at 866-686-8861.

Q: How do I download the icommerce media app?

A: If you are subscribed to CEP you have access to the iCommerce Connect app at no additional charge. To download our App via an Iphone, please visit the Applestore and in the search tab, enter "iCommerce Connect" and follow the installation steps on your mobile device.  If you are using an  Android, please visit your Google Play store,  and follow the steps listed above. 


Q: How do I buy a convention ticket?

A: Convention tickets are available online by clicking the link in the menu at the top of the page for "Events".


Q: How do I buy a seminar ticket?

A: Seminar tickets are available from your upline and are not available online. You may check for locations and speaker information by clicking the link in the menu at the top of the page for "Events".
